Abstract: Recent increase in demands for higher educations has intensified the competition among universities to attract new students. In order to be competitive, it is necessary for school to monitor and effectively respond to the students' feedback. This study is aiming at investigating the influential factors in determining graduate student satisfaction. This research utilized both quantitative and qualitative methods via surveys and follow-up, in-depth interviews. The population of this research is the graduate students who are in the graduate programs at Shinawatra University. Recommendations based on the findings are presented as a conclusion
