Abstract: This study investigates and provides a conceptual framework for the antecedents of entrepreneurs' intention to internationalize. Special attention has been given to entrepreneurs in a developing country such as Thailand. We proposed that entrepreneur characteristics, firm characteristics, perceived problems in operating business abroad, and perceived usefulness of government support & services are the contextual factors influencing the entrepreneurs' decision to expand their business internationally.
